Meet the Shaboom Team

Meet Maggie Haydock, Chief Cook and Bottle Washer. The newest member of the Shaboom team, Maggie’s primary responsibility is to take care of YOU. She’s in the office Monday through Wednesday and Friday each week, and while she may not know the answer to every question, she will put a smile on your face while she finds out.
Email Maggie when you:
- Want help using the forums (Town Hall)
- Need help using the Library
- Help downloading something
- To find a lost password or username
- Billing questions

That’s me, Molly, on the left. You'll see me out and about in the forums (Town Hall), where you can ask questions and get help for your business.
While Maggie is your best bet for getting support and quick responses, you can always email me for:
- Help deciding if a program or product is a good fit for you
- A conversation about facilitating a custom workshop or speaking to your group
- Individual coaching
Be Sure You Get the Help You Ask For
We usually reply to emails within one business day. To make sure you receive our response, please:
- Whitelist shaboomcounty.com so that your ISP allows email from us to come through.
- If you haven’t heard from one of us within one business day, check your junk mailbox.
- If you’ve received nothing from Shaboom after two days, please email again and give us a phone number so we can get back to you.
